Senior PC Technician

Responsible for providing telephone and electronic mail technical information and support to users of Cyrix processors and PC systems. Will install hardware and software as well as provide maintenance for PC systems and related products.
Requires: 3-5 years experience in PC hardware. A+ certification preferred; Windows 95, Windows NT installation and troubleshooting experience (certification preferred). Experience with Novell a plus.
