Events & Promotions Manager

Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for supporting Cyrix at key trade shows and events including Comdex, CeBit, PC Expo and other regional/international conferences. Will also coordinate speaking opportunities at selected conferences in addition to handling the direct mail activities and literature fulfillment.
Requires: BS degree with 5-7 years in trade show marketing. Marcom experience with a PC or related hardware/software products company is preferred.

Product Marketing Engineers

The Product Marketing Engineer will drive major PC OEM design wins from concept into volume production. Must be a credible force inside Cyrix, with the Cyrix field, and with the OEM customer to get people aligned, motivated, and tasks completed. Strong sales and communication skills are needed with engineering, marketing, and executive management experience. Selling "up" and "down" the organization will be required. Attention to detail is a must.
Requires: BSEE (MS/MBA preferred) and 5+ years experience in PC related marketing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with PC OEMs at the motherboard/platform level. The candidate must be knowledgeable in platform and software technology as it relates to PC design wins.
