Web Listing and Linking Program

Cyrix maintains a well-visited World Wide Web site. To assist PC buyers in finding local resellers carrying Cyrix-based products, we offer a Web page that lists qualified resellers -- and "hyperlinks" to resellers who have developed a Web site. A listing and linking on the Where to Buy Cyrix Web page provides additional selling opportunities for resellers.

Qualified Reseller Designation

To be listed and linked on the "Where to Buy Cyrix" Web page, a reseller must:

be a member of the Cyrix Direct Connect program;
purchase Cyrix 6x86 processors from an authorized Cyrix distributor -- Bell, FAI, Globelle, or Liuski International; and
to activate linking privileges, download and display on his home page one of the Cyrix-approved Web icons as an active link back to the Cyrix Web site (www.cyrix.com). Details on this process can be found on the icon resource page.

Once a reseller is qualified, he will be listed and/or linked as long as qualification requirements are met. Please note that all linked reseller sites will be inspected for appropriate icon presentation monthly.

Authorized Reseller Designation

To become an Authorized Cyrix Reseller, a reseller must purchase a minimum of 50 processors each month from a Cyrix authorized distributor. Cyrix will display an Authorized Reseller icon next to the resellers� company listing on the "Where to Buy Cyrix" page. Additional Web promotions are being developed to highlight each authorized reseller�s listing.

Additional Information

Please note that current listings and links will be "grandfathered" through February 1, 1997. After this date, only qualified resellers will be listed and linked.
