every Cyrix 6x86™ PR200+ processor and $3 for every 6x86™ PR166+
processor that you purchase from participating distributors.

processors provide better than Pentium™ performance at half the
price!
How the Program Works:
- Purchase 6x86™ PR200+ and 6x86™ PR166+ processors
from any of the following distributors between June 1, 1997 and July
31, 1997.

- At the end of each month, resellers fill out a Reseller Incentive Program claim form (only claim forms filled out completely will be considered) and attach copies of all appropriate invoices showing proofs of purchase. All invoices will be matched against distributor
sales out reports to verify purchases.
- Mail claim form and attached invoices within
30 days of the end of
the claiming month to:

No claims will be processed
after Aug 31, 1997.
- Resellers will receive:
$5 per unit for 6x86™ PR200+ processor
$3 per unit for 6x86™ PR166+ processor
Note: The maximum unit claim per month is 100 processors

This program is valid in the U.S. and Canada only.
Cyrix Corporation has the right to audit all promotion
records and documents to ensure the proper implementation of the
program and reporting requirements. Misuse of the
promotion or violation of the official program rules may result in disqualification
from the promotion and forfeiture of all earned awards.
Cyrix Corporation reserves the right to alter, amend,
or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Interpretations
of all promotion rules will be made by Cyrix Corporation. All
decisions are final.
