Cyrix maintains a well-visited World Wide Web site. To assist PC buyers in finding local resellers carrying Cyrix-based products, we offer a Web page that lists qualified resellers -- and "hyperlinks" to resellers who have developed a Web site. A listing and linking on the Where to Buy Cyrix Web page provides additional selling opportunities for resellers.

Qualified Reseller Designation
To be listed and linked on the "Where to Buy Cyrix" Web page, a reseller must:
1. be a member of the Cyrix Direct Connect program;
2. purchase at least one Cyrix 6x86 processor a month from an authorized Cyrix distributor -- Bell, FAI, Ingram Micro, Liuski International, or Tech Data; and
3. to activate linking privileges, download and display on his home page one of the Cyrix-approved Web icons as an active link back to the Cyrix Web site (www.cyrix.com). Details on this process can be found on "Icons for Home Page Display".

Once a reseller is qualified, he will be listed and/or linked as long as qualification requirements are met. Please note that all linked reseller sites will be inspected for appropriate icon presentation monthly.
